Women's Ministry

Our desire is to use Gathering, Growing, Connecting, and Celebrating as a way to help make a large church feel smaller.

We want every woman at Brookside to find meaningful connections through our Connecting events. We also encourage you to become involved in a Bible study through our Growing ministry, where you can study God's Word alongside other women. Our Celebrating ministry gives us opportunities to rejoice with one another through baby and bridal showers, while our Gathering events bring women together for fellowship, encouragement, inspiration, and biblical teaching.

We believe that women are instrumental in the work of God and His church. It is our desire to see every woman at Brookside know God personally and passionately, grow in her faith, and use her unique gifts and talents to serve Him for His glory.

As we continue this ministry, we are grateful for the faithful leadership and lasting vision of Kathy Keltner, whose love for the women of Brookside continues to inspire us.

For His glory,
Brookside Women's Ministry

CELEBRATING

Bridal & Baby Shower Ministry

Showers are designed to minister to members at two very important times in their lives: a marriage and the birth of their first baby. All the women of the church can serve in this ministry of fellowship and edification, by providing real household needs for either a bride or first-time mother. All showers are announced in the bulletin and the Stall Street Journal.
